PrettiGenius does not issue refunds, only store credit.

You must contact our Exchange Department at: [email protected] within 24 hours
Items must be shipped out within the next business day.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) item cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Items must have all Pretti Genius tags attached.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Pretti Genius. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

Standard Delivery

Flat Rate: $5.00 only with the U.S (5-11 Business Days)

USPS Express Mail: $15 (2-3 Business Days)

Overnight Shipping $19 (1 business day )

Order will be processed within 48 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays).

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Express Mail is guaranteed for all orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST. All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same day. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.

Express mail items will be delivered within 1-2 days of orders shipment.

Duties may be applied to orders by shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and Kentucky.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, Store Credit payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.

Using Online Store Credit

To use an online store credit, sign into your Pretti Genius account; you will see your online store credit on the "My Account" page. Upon checking out, the online store credit will automatically be deducted from your total. If you do not use the entire online store credit the remainder will go back into your Pretti Genius account to be used on future purchases.
